Sólo una línea para reiterar la condena del PSOE al atentado de esta mañana en Arrigorriaga perpetrado por ETA y que se ha cobrado la vida de un servidor público dedicado a garantizar la seguridad de los ciudadanos en Euskadi: Eduardo Puelles García.
Todo mi apoyo y mi solidaridad con la familia en estos difíciles momentos, y me sumo a las palabras y a la convocatoria que ha hecho el lehendakari Patxi López.

There is no justification in killing but when Eduardo Pueyes took on the job of working for an anti-terrorist squad he knew that he was putting his life at risk. Anyone who fights against groups like ETA, have it very clear in their minds that they could always end up victims. Eduardo Pueyes took this risk and in my opinion he died for what he believed in. His life was not wasted. This is not a victory for ETA because there is no honor or dignity in killing.

Today whilst working in my office, I began to navigate through Internet as per usual. mainly to see in reality what is happening around the world. I tuned into this bloq to see if there was a new entry and I noticed the black ribbon. A black ribbon always means someone has died and the first word that passed through my mind was…ETA. For many years in England I lived under the constant attacks by the IRA and I know what it is like to live under the black shadow of terrorism. Whilst reflecting on this story and the consequences of such barbaric acts, I remembered something that was deeply embedded in my memory and henceforth I have decided to share this experience to anyone who understands english, my apologies to those who do not speak it but then terrorism is a universal language that is understood by everyone.
Many years ago whilst living in England I had the unfortunate luck in witnessing a terrorist act by the IRA.
It happened when I around 10 years old and my father had booked us into a restaurant. It was a normal evening in England, nothing really exciting was happening as we entered into a restaurant. Nothing was out of place and everything was just as easy going as any other day. Unfortunately my mother was very particular about restaurants and when she entered this one she decided that she did not like the atmosphere there and so we left and went to another one down the road. It must have been about half an hour later whilst we were eating, that there was all a sudden a large blast and the windows of the restuarant shook. violently. After a few moments of reflecting to what had happened, we all ran out of the restaurant and all we could see was caos, smoke and debri around us. People was screaming and running all over the place. After a few moments my mother realised that something terrible had happened and went white in the face, she knew instantly that a bomb had gone off and the worse part of it all was the fact that the bomb was placed in the restaurant that we where orginally going to eat in. We had escaped a terrorist act and all because my mother did not like the restaurant. Had my mother not walked out of it, I would not be here today to write this story. Fate, destiny or whatever you want to call it changed the direction in which my life would go but one thing that I have very clear in my mind is the fact that I was nearly another victim on a long list of IRA attacks. I was just a kid and what would it have served if the IRA had killed me? Absolutely nothing…terrorism does not solve anything.
Mi sentido pésame a la familia destrozada por un hecho cobarde y miserable.Hize el servicio militar en Bilbao y me consta que la inmensa mayoría de los vascos repugna ese proceder criminal.
La Agrupación Local del Partido Socialista de Montijo(Badajoz) condena este atentado y se une al dolor de la familia.

Los que intentan imponer sus ideas con el tiro en la nuca son,desde todos los puntos de vista,escoria que no respeta el derecho de otros a discrepar.Cuando hice mi servicio militar en Bilbao uno de esos obcecados me dijo que tuviera cuidado de lo que decía respeto a ETA y le respondí diciéndole que yo tenía el mismo derecho que él a opinar.Está claro que hay personas y grupos que se creen en posesión absoluta de la verdad y que los demás debemos arrodillarnos ante ellos.Son dogmáticos rencorosos que no admiten argumentos que contradigan sus “verdades“(Tenemos ejemplos en la Santa Inquisición y en la barbarie nazi,entre otros, de las consecuencias que generan los intolerantes criminales:odio y dolor).
SOY ALCLADE PEDANEO DE VILLARREAL DE OLIVENZA SOLO DARLE EL MAS SENTIDO PESAME DE MI PARTE Y DE MI PEDANIA A ESA FAMILIA ROTA POR EL DOLOR QUE ESTA SUFRIENDO. LO MEJOR QUE LA IMMENSA MAYORIA DE LOS VASCOS REPUGNAN CADA ATENTADO DE ETA PERO ESTOY CONVENCIDO QUE CON EL ESFUERZO DEL GOBIERNO CENTRAL Y AHORA EL APOLLO DEL LENDAKARY PATXI LOPEZ LES QUEDA MUY POCO TIEMPO
Estos miserables saben que su fin está cerca y también saben , los hechos lo demuestran, que no son bienrecibidos por el pueblo al que pregonan, hasta con asesinatos, defender.
Mi solidaridad con la familia y todos los ciudadanos que repelemos estos actos salvajes y cobardes.

Lo que me ha impresionado de la condena del asesinato, ha sido la entereza de su mujer cuando dijo "no les daré el gusto de verme llorar en público, lloraré en casa"
Estos asesinos no quieren la democracia porque pierden las elecciones. Sólo quieren mandar en un pueblo que no les quiere, por medio del terror. Quieren volver al tiempo de las cavernas, ya que se oponen a todo el progreso.Han hecho del terrorismo su medio de vida, no saben hacer otra cosa, por desgracia.

Ante tan dramático acontecimiento, solidaridad con el sufrido pueblo vasco que vive bajo la continua amenaza de la violencia y la coacción, a pesar de ello, mantienen su fuerte voluntad por la democracia, la libertad y la igualdad, sin duda este es el camino de la victoria.
